European-style hardware requirements for the geometric size of aluminum alloy door and window profiles

3. The requirements of European-style hardware on the geometric dimensions of aluminum alloy window profiles, regardless of the window sash and window frame profiles, are made separately from the inner and outer aluminum alloy profiles, and then extruded to seal the cold bridge, a kind of polymer with reinforced glass fiber. In order to ensure that the hardware and the sliding rod can slide flexibly in the window sash, the maximum size of the hardware and the sliding rod after surface treatment is 19.7×2.7mm.
The opening of the C slot is 15〈tolerance+0.3〉mu. It cooperates with the hardware and the sliding part of the slider, and plays the role of positioning and guiding during the movement of the hardware. The relative position between the sash and the window frame is determined by two dimensions. If we set the horizontal direction of the above picture as the X axis and the vertical direction as the Y axis, we can see that the distance between the sash and the window frame is 11.5--12mm in the X axis direction, which is exactly what is required for Anzhan hardware. space size. The extension line of the inner edge of the window frame just passes through the bottom edge of the C slot, so the difference between the two sides in the Y-axis direction is zero.
From Fig. 1, we see that the flange size of the sash is 221 mm, and thus the overlap between the sash and the window frame is 5.5--6 mm. The hardware around the window sash will be fixed on the inner surface of the snow frame profile through the upper pull rod and the upper and lower bearings, so there is a 3.5--5mm hinge E track on the Y axis of the window sash and window frame. When the hinge channel is 3.5mm, the hardware bears the weight of the window sash is 9Okg. When the E channel of the hinge is 5mm, because the thickness of the upper and lower shafts is increased, the weight of the hardware bearing the window sash can be increased to 130kg.

b> The geometry of the window frame profile is to install the lock block on the window frame. In order to unify the specifications of the lock block into two types, the size of the position where the lock block is installed on the window frame should also be unified into two types of notches. That is, the V.01 and V.02 notches in Figure 2. The difference between these two notches is the size of the opening. V.01 opening size is 12--14mm, which is suitable for thicker profiles, and V.02 opening size is 9.7-11.5mIL, which is suitable for thinner profiles.
